The Parish Council also owns the new burial ground at Bewcastle Cemetery and is responsible for its upkeep.

In addition to this the Parish Council also is responsible for the playground at Sleetbeck Crossroads and its inspections and maintenence. The site belongs to the Bewcastle Community Association.
